This high protein smoothie is a little bit like enjoying a peanut butter cup in a glass! It’s sweetened with frozen berries and filled with cacao powder and your choice of nut butter for a creamy and sweet texture. We’ve added our Cocoa Coconut Collagen Whey for muscle-supportive protein that will keep you full for hours.
Peanut Butter Cup Protein Smoothie
Yields: 1 serving
1 c. almond milk
2 tbsp. almond butter (organic peanut butter or sunflower butter are also good choices)
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 cup berries, frozen
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
4-6 ice cubes
Optional for extra sweetness: dollop of honey or a few drops of stevia
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until very smooth. Enjoy immediately!
