Peach Panna Cotta Recipe
1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Protein
2 cups coconut milk
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 peach sliced
In a food processor or blender, puree the fresh peach with a little bit of water.
In a medium bowl, pour one cup of the coconut milk and sprinkle on the Collagen Protein. This will allow the protein to “bloom”
In a sauce pot, combine the remaining cup of coconut milk with raw honey and heat on low-medium heat until it is steaming, do not boil.
