“I always keep a few staple things in my gym bag,” Kelley tells Lively. “I like having my own set of mini resistance bands to use for warmups or to add extra difficulty in my leg-day workouts, as well as my own ankle strap for the cable machine because you never know if one is going to be available at the gym.”
“I also always keep a Vital Proteins Stick Pack (no joke!) and a snack on hand just in case,” the Instagram influencer says of her non-gear essentials. “My go-to snacks are bars like Freedom Bar and Epic Bar’s performance bars. And a small packet of thin rice cakes and packets of nut butter. Other must-haves are extra hair ties, bobby pins and non-toxic hand sanitizer and Chap Stick. And of course, I always have my wireless headphones on hand.”
