We’re loving this vanilla-infused, berry-based smoothie from Beth, aka @Powered.By.Beets. It’s chock-full of ingredients we love (Greek yogurt, antioxidant-rich berries, and Collagen Peptides), making it one of our favorite recipes in our new E-book.

  1. 1 scoop Vital Proteins Vanilla & Coconut Water Collagen Peptides
  2. 2/3 C vanilla Greek yogurt
  3. ½ C frozen mixed berries
  4. 2-3 ice cubes
  5. 1 2/3 T water
  1. Blend ice, yogurt, berries and water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add collagen peptides and blend again before enjoying!
