Yields 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 C almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 C frozen blueberries
  • 1 C frozen cherries
  • 3 T raw cacao powder
  • ½ T honey
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • Optional to garnish: cacao nibs, extra cherry or blueberry pieces

Directions:

  1. Add the ingredients to your blender in the order listed so the liquid is at the bottom.  
  2. Blend on medium speed, increasing to high speed until the smoothie is thick and smooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ C coconut water (or regular filtered water)
  • 2 C organic frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 6 kale leaves, ribs removed
  • 2 T raw hulled hemp seeds

Directions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple, cored & chopped
  • 2 C spinach
  • 1 C milk of choice
  • 2″ knob ginger, grated

  • 2-3 C ice cubes (optional for a thicker consistency)

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large blender. Blend on high until smooth.

  1. Combine the almond milk, frozen peach slices, Matcha Collagen, Collagen Creamer, avocado and honey a high-speed blender.
  2. Process on high until ingredients are combined (about 45 seconds). Serve immediately.

Yields 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1½ C fresh watermelon, cubed and deseeded
  • 1 C frozen strawberries
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Marine Collagen
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice, as needed

Directions:

  1. Cube and remove seeds from freshly cut watermelon.
  2. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender, adding ice if needed.
  3. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ zucchini
  • ½ banana

  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients together in a blender.

Yields 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 C pure pumpkin purée
  • ½ C almond milk or light coconut milk
  • 1 banana, chopped & frozen
  • 1-2 T maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 t pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ t vanilla extract
  • 2-4 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • Chopped pecans, optional

Instructions:

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth! For an extra thick version, add 1 cup of ice cubes.
