Vital Proteins has debuted a new way to get your collagen fix — ready-to-go Creamer packets. These new packets contain 10 grams of Collagen Creamer, making it extra convenient to bring collagen with you on the go. If you love our Collagen Creamer in Vanilla, Gingerbread and Coconut, you’ll be excited to hear that all three flavors are now available in packet form.

Sold in boxes of 10 packets, our Collagen Creamers are the perfect addition to your favorite on-to-go beverages. Take one with you every day to stir into your coffee, tea or smoothie for a healthy, natural, protein-packed creamer option. In addition to their protein content, our creamers are made from coconut milk powder, which means they also offer healthy fats from medium-chain triglycerides, or MCTs. MCTs are a type of fat that has been shown in studies to convert to energy readily and efficiently, allowing for a significant energy boost. These healthy fats make our collagen creamers a delicious dairy-free alternative to butter coffee.

Benefits of Collagen

Collagen is an important component of beauty, fitness and health, because it is the main protein of the body’s connective tissues. Tissues such as the hair, skin, nails, bones, joints, ligaments and tendons all need collagen to stay healthy, elastic and supple. But collagen production slows with age, which is why it’s important to support collagen as much as possible.

Our ancestors used to consume collagen as a major part of their daily diets, thanks to their tendency to consume bone marrow, bone broths and organ meats. But modern diets don’t usually contain these ingredients, and as a result, we may not be getting the full spectrum of amino acids necessary for optimal collagen production.

Therefore, if we’re concerned with health and longevity, it’s important to support collagen production in whatever ways we can.

Helps Maintain Healthy Skin, Hair and Nails

Many people who supplement with collagen notice positive changes in their skin, hair and nail health. Because it is a major component of young, healthy skin, collagen can contribute to a glowing and youthful complexion. Collagen strengthens skin elasticity, supports skin cells and promotes skin moisture.

Supports Bone and Joint Health

The bones and joints are also made up of collagen, and therefore benefit from healthy collagen levels. For many people who hope to stay active and fit as they age, this has beneficial effects: In one study, collagen supplementation was shown to help reduce the risk for injury in athletes (2).

Contributes to Gut Health

When you think about it, your gut is made of skin… It’s just “inside” skin. So just like collagen benefits your complexion, it can also help support the health of your gut.

Additionally, the amino acids present in collagen can increase gastric acid, which aids in the digestion of food.

Collagen Creamer Packets

Vital Proteins Collagen Creamers come in three delicious varieties: Coconut, Vanilla and Gingerbread. All three flavors are coconut milk-based, which makes them rich in healthy fats.

Vital Proteins Collagen Creamers are free from dairy, lactose, gluten, added sugars, and artificial sweeteners, and now that they come in packet form, they’re easy to keep with you so you never have to turn to artificially sweetened coffee creamers again.
